This is quite mysterious... During 1978 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, an idea for developing Vacation Pods seemed like an innovating concept. However, construction started bad from the get-go. Multiple worker fatalities and lack of funds stopped the project from continuing two years later. Nine years after that, in 1989, someone gave it another shot and invested 24 million american dollars to get it back up. The architects realized that the structure of the houses were prone to heavy damage from possible earthquakes, so the project stopped again. Come to find out, a natural disaster never happened. Myths and stories are told that bodies and skeletons have been found since the place remained a ghost town for nearly twenty years and it was the perfect place to hide murder evidence! Word is, that the UFO Housing Community is now demolished and projects of a Resort with a Water Park is being built.
