Your are probably right!
How happy are you at your job? Do you even have a job? If you do, you should be grateful for having a job nowadays; No question about that! But it's understandable if you are not happy. You feel things should be run differently. You don't like what you get paid. You feel like a gerbil on a spinning wheel, insignificant to the world. And to top it all off, they keep cutting your salary. Something in your head screams at you, "I want more!" Well, I got news for you Chuck! You don't own the company and you don't pay the bills in the building. So the chances of it changing to your liking are as close as Fox News turning Democrat.

Incredible!
When people ask me, "Millo how is your baby boy doing?" I tell them, "Beautiful like his daddy!" And when some people express things like, "Millo you are incredible!", I respond with, "Thank you! I know." Somewhere between growing up as a child, hanging out with your friends, working at a desk job and looking at yourself in the mirror, you forgot that YOU are beautiful and that YOU are incredible as well. Maybe nobody ever told you, but it's the truth. "There he goes again with his motivation." You bet!

Your world
What would Steve jobs tell someone that is constantly saying, "You can't change the world." Steve would probably reply with something inspiring but I like to picture Steve saying, "Get away from me devil!"

If your job and your friends keep telling you, "It'll never work." why don't you get a second opinion, find another job, or find some new friends? The more you complain about your situation, the worse it will get, so stop telling your co-workers how your ways are the ways of the future. The best thing to do to overcome negative comments is to do it yourself. If your friends don't believe it can happen? Do it yourself! If your job doesn't like your ideas? Show them how it's done! Your initiative, resilience and success will attract a lot more success and rich relationships in your life. If you are waiting on people or things like the economy to change for your life to change, then I'll respond with two words I never use: "Good Luck!" And luck favors those who "play" more, not those who wait. What you are so anxiously waiting for is actually waiting on you to get started. Maybe the world is too big for you to change right now. How about starting with changing YOUR world?

Deryck Barnes
Wouldn't you want to experience what Deryck Barnes experienced last week? Walking out of your job along with the people that said, "Yes it can happen!" Wouldn't it be great to be picked up in a limousine and scream, "I am free!" Deryck said, "Enough is enough! You don't believe in me and in my ideas? Watch me do it!" And even when the economy is in the bunker, and everyone complains about their situation, he now wakes up whenever he wants to and smiles at the face of the average life.

Two options
Here is the reality. You ARE incredible! You ARE capable! But you have two options. Either you believe you can, or you believe you can't. And whatever you decide to believe, you are probably right.
