Are you good at what you do?
How good are you at what you do? Do you ask yourself that question? What is it to be good at what you do and how close are you to your own definition of being good? There are many aspects that reveal the answer to those questions, but one of the aspects you should focus on is your results. Results are the evidence of how good you are at what you do.

In order to show results,
Now, when the results are not showing, are you the type of person that gives it a try for another month or two to see if it works? Or are you the type of person that learns from repetition, takes failures as what not to do next, modify your style and keep on going until you make it happen? You can do your best, or do what it takes.

If you are not as good as you want to be, guess what? You can be and you will be if you want it bad enough. It takes resilience. How much are you willing to persist, immediately get back up from falling down, maintain your positive attitude, and relentlessly continue to take action towards reaching your goals? Your resilience will make you fantastic at what you do. Jim Rohn said: "You will make up in numbers what you lack in skills". That is the truth and at the same time, I say: "You will develop skills when you make up in numbers". Next time you think you want to quit, ask yourself how much have you endured through it? Not endured to lose, but how much have you endured with the right attitude to win?

I tweeted this today: "In order to test your resilience, start going to the gym, regardless of how busy you are and see how long you last." Try that!

"I didn't hear no bell"
In these times, resilience will separate you from the rest. When it is tough to succeed, when it is hard to sell and when people hold off on buying, your resilience will bring you fortune. Most people quit nowadays because they see everyone else quit. But not you! You believe and know that you offer value. You know your product or service. You know how to deliver a clear message, ask the correct questions to identify the need and create desire. You have taken notes on how to overcome people's objections. In other words – you are prepared! And you are taking action every single day. This is why my email signature says: Believe | Prepare | Act. Apply those three words to your resilience and have your hand raised up at the end of the battle. Because in less than 10 seconds, fighters get up after being knocked out to go out and earn what is rightfully theirs.
